WINKEL PRO 2W90 is a high strength adhesive product developed for fixing and sealing pre-assembled metal screws, which is applied after the connection is closed. When the product is applied between metal connections from outside and in the absence of air, it cures by reacting. Penetrates easily into micro pores and capillary cracks thanks to the capillary effect; It safely ensures the sealing of cracks and welding joints in cast bodies. Ideal for fixing small screws and cylindrical connections.Usage: The parts to be applied should be dry, clean and free of oil. Surface cleaning with WINKEL PRO Fast Cleaner is recommended. Apply the product on the tooth with a full turn (male and female parts) and combine the parts. After tightening the gears, do not move them during the drying period. Threaded connections belong to the system max. Wait for the complete drying time (24 hours) before operating under conditions. Complete drying takes maximum 24 hours depending on the type of metal. If the application temperature is below + 5 ° C, the drying time can be accelerated by using WINKEL PRO Anaerobic Activator.
