WINKEL PRO 2W77 is a traditional high-strength adhesive product developed for fixing and sealing metal screws. When the product is applied between metal connections and in the absence of air, it cures by reacting. It provides fixing of screws, nuts, stud bolts and threads against shock and vibration and protection against corrosion. Ideal for screw connections subjected to heavy loads. Although it varies depending on the thread diameter, it is generally difficult to remove.Usage: The parts to be applied should be dry, clean and free of oil. Surface cleaning with WINKEL PRO Fast Cleaner is recommended. Apply the product on the tooth with a full turn (male and female parts) and combine the parts. After tightening the gears, do not move them during the drying period. Threaded connections belong to the system max. Wait for the complete drying time (24 hours) before operating under conditions. Complete drying takes maximum 24 hours depending on the type of metal. If the application temperature is below + 5 ° C, the drying time can be accelerated by using WINKEL PRO Anaerobic Activator.
