DGX Primer is a black primer specifically developed to improve the one-step bonding of screen-printed car windows. It provides excellent adhesion of the (Polyurethane Auto Glass Bonding) product. It contributes to better adhesion of painted surfaces, FRP, plastic, glass, aluminum and some metals on other materials used in industrial assemblies. Usage Method: Application surfaces must be completely clean, dry, free of dust and grease. Before application, shake the bottle well (for at least 1 minute) until you hear the sound of the stirring metal balls. Close the cap immediately after use as the product evaporates very quickly. If the application is interrupted, check the surface dryness of the primer before continuing. The dry film formation time of the product is approximately 5 minutes. For applications lasting longer than 24 hours, the primer must be reactivated. Avoid skin contact; use latex, rubber or polyethylene gloves.
